GBI provides online governance education, professional development programs, membership services, and related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

4. Course Access and Purchases

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content. Course access may be time-limited as specified at the time of purchase.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Digital products may be non-refundable once accessed

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the GBI website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and course materials, is the property of GBI or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Upload malicious content or software

7. Membership

Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

GBI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
